INNOVATIVE METHOD FOR RELIEVING STRESS | A seminar by Dr. Dimitrios Glykas and Maria Glyka-Triantafilli

The answers to these questions relating to personal and mass stress and methods for the management of this stress will be discussed by Dr. Dimitrios Glykas and Maria Glyka Triantafilli during a presentation at the Michael Cacoyannis Foundation, on Wednesday 24 February 2016, at 20:00.
Stress causes disruptions to the equilibrium of the bodys functions with adverse effects on ones health and quality of life. Scientific research shows that 80 to 90% of diseases are caused by stress. Socially, increased levels of personal stress lead to epidemics which produce crises, terrorism, war, and crime. During this seminar the speakers will present the first step of this innovative method for relieving stress. The program has been recognized by internationally renowned scientists and by the Medical School of the University of Athens due to its vast scientific documentation in the field of Medicine.
Dr. Dimitrios Glykas studied mechanical engineering and received the honorary title of Doctorate in Philosophy. He worked for many years in the field of business, as a Sales Director, and following that as CEO to various S.A. corporations. He teaches stress management techniques.
Maria Glyka Triantafilli studied Finance at the University of Athens and acting at the Centre of Ancient Drama. She has also studied natural remedies and has worked as a therapist in Europe and the U.S. She teaches stress management techniques.
