Maria Kotrotsou is an awarded by the Royal Academy of London composer. In 2013 she released her first album titled «passion», which won the music lovers and specialists from the outset and became a best seller. In her latest album “27 mars” she herself makes the composition, orchestration, production and participates in the execution of the pieces, representing worthily Greece abroad. The tracks of her album, combine the musicality of classical instruments with electronic rhythms and melodies. Marias’ music creates images, makes the listener involved in the atmosphere that is created and makes everyone experience the work and come to terms with feelings stemming from the dream of life.
 
About Maria Kotrotsou:
Attracted very young to music, she decides to learn piano at the age of 6. Four years later, she passes the Royal Academy of Music (London) exams winning an award with distinction. In 2005, she obtains her diploma with merit from the Jury of the National Conservatory of Athens and then completes her studies at Law school. 
 
She is leaving for Paris in order to pursue her dream. She enrolls at the Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris, to continue her piano formation in classical music. During the same year, she joins a course in computer aided music and she develops a mixed style between classical and electronic music, which makes her the only woman in the world to deal with this particular kind of music.Today, Maria Kotrotsou lives and works in Paris, is a composer of instrumental, electronic, classic and New Age music and gives concerts in Greece and abroad with her instrumental ensemble consisting of violin, cello, bass clarinet, flute and playing herself piano and synthesizer.
