“Look at us, soon we will be so far away,
those which are your eyes today, in a few nights will be stars”

Irene Tzanetoulakou, opera singer and actress, will produce on stage some of the most famous songs of the late romantic composer, Gustav Mahler, in a performance where sound, body and music are married to tell a story of love.

What is it like to love and lose? To be shattered yet continue to love? How is it possible for the sun to rise when one’s own light has gone down?

A passage from loss to the fulfilment that is love.

At the piano, Giannis Tsanakaliotis.
