Pavlos Evmorfidis talks about COCO MAT and its global network of stores

NU*Age and Spyros Kouvelis in partnership with the Michael Cacoyannis Foundation, in the line of the campaign “Greeks Can!” present on Wednesday, May 2nd 2012, 20:00 – 22:00, at the Theatre Hall of the Michael Cacoyannis Foundation, the pioneer Greek entrepreneur and founder of COCO MAT, Pavlos Evmorfidis.

COCO MAT, one of the biggest industries in Greece as well as with the most extrovert potential, started off with a store in Athens – Patisia district in 1989, while nowadays owns a network of store globally (New York, Barcelona, Paris etc.).

Pavlos Evmorfidis will address a speech about the way he led COCO MAT to the top, throughout the hurdles of Greek reality, seducing the global market.

The most famous mattress-maker in Greece, Pavlos Evmorfidis, who begun his career from a small-scale family run business and created a great Greek exporting company, with a retail network in 10 countries, from U.S.A. to China, who employs more than 200 employees and produces 100% Greek, natural, recyclable products, addresses a speech in the line of the campaign Greeks Can!

The Founder of COCO MAT explains, in one more interactive experience of the Campaign Greeks Can!, the way he begun making the best of the traditional Pontiac craft of making mattresses, how he offered opportunities for creation to people with special skills, how he decided that his company’s products there will be of 100% natural materials, and how all these led towards the creation of an exemplary company for the Greek standards.

Ten spectators will be selected, among the audience, following a lottery in order participate during the presentation in pillow-making with natural materials by COCO MAT.

During the event a competition will take place for the participants where 3 2night stays for 2 persons will be offered for luxury hotels in Greece, all of them equipped with COCO MAT sleep products.
