Bijoux de kant following the successful performances at Faust, present the music show “Graveyard Café Band/ freedom or death” at Black Box hall of Michael Cacoyannis Foundation, just for 8 performances, from December 5th.

A performance which drags up the rebellious romantic writing with Greek texts of the 19th and the 20th century. Dead and alive performers, ghosts and spirits hop on the stage in order to sing lyrics and words from Kalvos and Solomos to Napoleon Lapathiotis and Katerina Gogou. The speech and the attitude of a revolutionary generation, which admits the futility of its rebellion, deconstructs the symbols of its freedom and dives into despair and melancholy in order to return to its great love: death.
