This way the world goes on

The play “This way the world goes on” is a fascinating fairytale which comes under the hammer of ” Artists support the Technical Workshop for Professional Education of Achaia”. It was dramatized and attributed in the technique of Black Theatre, with the contribution and help of the students of Palamaiki School of Mesolonghi. The fairytale discourses the various meanings of the word “purpose” and in particular it’s most significant meaning which relates to the purpose of life of all the living creatures, as well as the acceptance of diversity. All the issues disserted are present as well as classic, therefore they keep the viewer’s interest unabated.

“Every creature in this life has a purpose. If it manages to find it, it completes. If not, no matter how many years it lives it ain’t worth it.”

Summary
When a bright butterfly leaves for good and all her cocoon and sights for the first time the real world and life, it begins a magical journey preparative to discover the purpose of its life. During this unprecented experience, it comes across with different creatures of  the plant and animal kingdom, as well as with human creatures. A multitude of stories unfold, most of them in a humorous mood but the moving moments are also present.

What happens when the butterfly meets a “different” and marginalized little girl? Will it manage to find the purpose of its life or wil it get to an endless pursuit?
