The artist is going to give a Photographic Workshop with free entrance for amateur photographers, professional photographers and people that are interested in photography and the contemporary techniques of printing.

The Workshop of Photography is going to be held at MCF, on Thursday 4th of April 2013, from 19:30 to 22:00, in Italian and with an interpretation in Greek. During this workshop, the participants can follow the procedure of photography. From the click of the camera to the printing of the photograph and its exposure to an exhibition hall, Manta gives to his participants the opportunity to understand the whole creative process of a photograph. The seminar will have a practical character and it will be specialized according to each participant’s skills.

Usually, some photographic outcomes of Manta’s workshops are exposed in exhibition or books. The participants -right after the presentation of the thematic idea and during the continuous teaching instructions- are going to take photographs with the means of Hasselblad cameras and Profoto flashlights. After a full-depth analysis and discussion that is based on the photographs, the participants are going to print their photographs on Canson photographic paper or special handmade papers, always by the use of EPSON computers.
