What’s a “Jo Hun”? Is it something fierce and dangerous like “Kublai Hun” or even maybe “Attila the Hun”? Is it a syncopated laugh (“hun, hun”) or an abbreviation of a cute term of endearment (“honey-hun”)? Is it a coded message? An exploding device for 5 euros?
Actually, we have no idea. It’s a concept that’s extremely new. So brand new, that it was created just 5 minutes ago. And now it’s here. Written by Manina Zouboulaki. Performed (superbly) by Galini Tseva and Emmanouela Alexiou. And with one more special guest in a surprise cameo – so surprising that he might not even show up at the opening night Produced by Thanassis Tsirtavis and directed by Vassilis Tselemengos.
At the Michael Cacoyannis Foundation, starting on Thursday May 17, every Thursday, Friday and Saturday till (hopefully) the end of time.
Jo Hun. Like hunting for a job, but more uplifting.
