SOUL with the Soprano Vivianna Giannakis

The soprano Vivianna Giannakis and the composer Tejo Bolten (Mecano) created a show, a voyage through time and space, to the present as well as the past.

Based on an idea by Vivianna Giannakis and in artistic direction of Tejo Bolten, the performance “SOUL”, is a journey into music, image and the human beings.

Tuned to the path of a cosmic journey, we will hear traditional sounds of the Greek, Cypriot and Celtic music. Timeless music compositions by Manos Chatzidakis, Giannis Papaioanou, Vasilis Tsitsanis, Kostas Giannidis and Dimitri Tiomkin, along with contemporary compositions by Tejo Bolten, Alkinoos Ioannidis, Nikos Zoudiaris and Dionysis Savvopoulos.

Songs about Love and Life with the enchanting voice of Vivianna Giannakis who performs a capella, accompanied by piano and other instruments as well as electronic sounds. All the above, joined together, create a multidimensional scene full of images and sounds.

Through melody, voice and image, the audience will roam the universe of beauty, while they will fly to a different reality where memories, senses and wonderful experiences obtained by the Human Soul, are returning to be tasted.
