Concert with the Pan – European Philharmonia orchestra under the conduction of Peter Tiboris

In the line of cultural proceedings which will come along with the Polish Presidency of European Union, the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Athens in cooperation with the Michael Cacoyannis Foundation organize in July 18th 2011 a concert with the Pan – European  Philharmonia orchestra under the conduction of the Hellenic-American conductor, Peter Tiboris.

The orchestra consists of young musicians from Poland and other European countries. The Creek audience will have the opportunity to enjoy them firstly on Syros Island, where they will be performing for the 3rd time now on for the Aegean Festival.

The concert’s program includes: Concerto Nr. 1 by Chopin with Mischa Kozlowski in piano playing, Symphony Nr. 9 by Dvořák as well as the “Ode to Joy” by Beethoven, known as anthem of European Union.
