The Greek Centre of the International Union of Puppetry Arts, in collaboration with the Michael Cacoyannis Foundation, present: “Puppet Evenings” from 11th February until the 25th March 2010, every Thursday, 8pm at the “Black Box” Hall of MCF, 206 Peiraios st, Tavros, Athens.

Two Puppet Theater Performances:

1st Performance: “Lemonia”
“Lemonia” is a story about an old lady who uses dough in order to create puppets. In this way, she creates an environment where everything can happen, where she recalls memories, laughs, gets angry, plays and dreams. Above all she realizes the beauty of life, uniquely hidden in every age.

2nd Performance: “Page 251”
An author writes. She shapes with her pen the heroes of an extraordinary story, about an eternal love. As the story goes on gradually, when the writing is on the 251st page, the heroes come alive. Two lives, one love with no end.
