A chef and cosmopolitan of flavor. Andreas Lagos can be found in the inspiration on our plates and now in the pages of his book OI GEYSEIS POY MEGALOSAME (THE FLAVOURS WE GREW UP WITH).

His cooperation with Ellinoekdotiki publishing appears to have been extremely fruitful, the results of which can be found in bookstores. The book was first presented at the Zoumboulakis Gallery on Tuesday December 17, an event attended by Ilias Mamalakis, Eleni Psichouli and Niki Mitarea who all spoke about the publication.

Lagos, for years now has been on a creative culinary trip through Mediterranean cooking.
The trials and combinations of ingredients and aromas which are married through inspirational recipes is his way of exploring the universe of not only home cooking but also of universal cuisine. He shares these culinary adventures, along with Eleni Psichouli, on the show Chef on Air (Chef ston Aera) on SKAI channel.

As a child in Samos he started this flavoursome journey and has continued unceasingly, seeking the peaks of gourmet cuisine.

He dares to discover the new whilst lovingly retaining his memories of regional cuisine. And that exactly is the spirit of his book His culinary course becomes the proposal of a new-age gypsy and tasty images which whet our appetite and invite us to the table!
