LOVE in Athens Film Festival

13 directors and their 11 short-films at MCF

The Love in Athens Film Festival meets with the Athenian audience and the best films of the competition will be awarded at a special night on Tuesday 2nd of July 2013 at the Τheatre of the Cultural Centre of Michael Cacoyannis Foundation (at 20:30). The Great Sponsor of Love in Athens Film Festival is Novacinema and the film channels of Nova, organisations that are supporting the Greek artists.

Love in Athens consists of 11 movies, 11 different stories about the city and its people, about Athens and the Athenians of the 2013. Among those, 9 movies (two of them are out of competition) contest for the Nova Cinema Best Film Award, as well as the Michael Cacoyannis Best Direction Award. At the event on the 2nd of July, the participant films will be screened -before the award ceremony- and Minor Project’s music concert will follow. All the films will be screened at the Cinema Hall of MCF on Tuesday 2nd (at 18:30) and Wednesday 3rd (at 18:00, 19:30 & 21:00) of July 2013.

Night Drives by Romanos Argyropoulos-Ioannou and Constantinos Stagikas
The visitor by Dimitris Diakoumopoulos
The Trains by Alexandros Skouras
Truth By Constantinos Fragkoulis
Stamped by Athanasia Michopoulou and Christos Karabelas
We woke up by Yannis Bereris.
