IL paRRaiso / Paradise: New choreography by ki omOs kineitai for just a few performances

Familiar to all the friends of contemporary dance, are about to excite, again, all those who will be lucky enough to enjoy their new work from Thursday 9 until Sunday 12 December 2010. The contemporary dance group ki omOs kineitai, after the successful performance Purgatorio, presents its new choreography at Michael Cacoyannis Foundation, entitled IL paRЯaiso / Paradise.

This time, the occasion is the 3rd part of commedia Dante Alighieri, as far as physical features and dramatic characters are concerned. The result seems to promise exciting moments for everyone of the contemporary dance lovers, even if, the creators themselves do not allow us to know more information about what they hold in store for us on stage. However, ki omOs kineitai have already put their sign on the artistic proceedings and this seems more than enough, in order to be optimistic for their new proposal.

It is all about an artistic cooperation with divertive movement information, a group of complicate body performances, where dance, circus and performance encounter.

Within the function of a united and complete performance, based on the body action and expression of the performers circus techniques are being incorporated as far as the creation and the development of the three-dimensional space and the expressional prism of the performers, as well as the communicational distinctiveness of the performance.
