The world of visual arts welcomes spring

Four proposals from the fields of visual arts welcome spring at Michael Cacoyannis Foundation and introduce us to diverse but very interesting ways of visual arts expression during March and April.

For only just few days still, until Saturday 26th of March, the initiative Events Horizon offers the chance to meet the transliteration of poetry into image and audio-visual show, through Visual-poetry and Video-poetry 2011. In parallel, until April the 30th, we are invited to explore the evolution of Greek gravure art, through artworks of great representatives, like Th. Vryzakis or Al. Fasianos, in a collaboration of Moschandreou Art Gallery and ASFA. Finally, Stefanos Tsakiris sees the city of Thessaloniki as an ablaze with melodies room and listens closely the musicians of the world, presenting, from March 28th, photographic portraits created with strains.
