A soldier of the civil war returns home only to discover that his property is taken over by a gang of Mexican bandits and that his fiancé is about to marry their leader. Determined to take vengeance he dresses up as a Mexican and infiltrates the gang. He comes face to face with facts that he ignored and that are about to make his will to vengeance harder.
