After three very successful years, the Workshop for New Play-Writers (ΕΝΘΕSY), which is organized by Michael Cacoyannis Foundation with the sponsorship of the National Bank, continues renewed in the beginning of the new decade. 

The participants get to know classic and contemporary theatrical plays and movements, cooperate creatively with accomplished representatives of the industry and write their own original one-act play, which is published in Greek and English. The English version reaches libraries and well known Universities all over the world. At the end of the workshop, three chosen plays are produced and played in the main theatre of Michael Cacoyannis Foundation, with free entrance for the public.

All the rest one-act plays of the ΕΝΘΕSΥ participants are presented in an auditorium of the Foundation

Who is it for

It is addressed to people, experienced or inexperienced, who want to learn how to write a theatrical play. Those who can use their life experiences, knowledge and imagination to write a one-act play and see it published in two languages (Greek and English) so that it can reach the Greek and international market. Those who wish to see their one-act play on stage as a complete theatrical production.

Who are the ΕΝΘΕSΥ instructors this year:

The participants practice theatre play writing (training) from acknowledged professionals of all theatrical disciplines.
